Corner Raised Bed – L-Shaped Raised Bed in Timber and Concrete

Our L-shaped raised beds set new standards for stability and durability in the garden. Inspired by our proven compost bin system, the steel-reinforced, weatherproof concrete posts provide lasting stability. We deliberately avoided wood screws in the design, as they can work loose over time. Instead, the timber boards are securely fixed between the concrete posts with threaded rods, ensuring years of stability. We also love the combination of understated concrete and natural timber. Our concrete raised beds are an excellent choice for keen gardeners who value sustainability, natural materials and longevity.

Construction and materials

• Steel connectors: galvanised or stainless steel, sealed with dome nuts to prevent injury.
• Accessories: your L-shaped raised bed is optionally available with a dimpled membrane, rodent mesh and matching concrete base slabs.

Bespoke versions

We can produce your corner raised bed in custom sizes. For stability reasons, however, the length or width should not exceed 140 cm.

Sustainability

The timber we use for our raised beds comes from regional, sustainably managed forests in the Black Forest. To protect both the environment and your plants from harmful substances, we don't use wood preservatives. In our experience, a dimpled membrane keeps the timber well ventilated so that any moisture can dry out again – which is essential for a long service life. We also work sustainably in production, recycling timber offcuts into made-to-measure pallets to minimise packaging waste.

For our timber and concrete raised bed, we offer optional accessories such as dimpled membranes, rodent mesh and concrete base slabs to suit your individual needs. Our aim, however, is to give you a perfectly functioning raised bed at an unbeatable price, with no accessories required.
