Unable to collect your items on site? No problem! We offer freight shipping directly to the delivery address of your choice. Simply select the corresponding shipping option when ordering in our online shop.

Once we have completed your order and commissioned the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The carrier will then call you about 24 hours before delivery to tell you the exact arrival time. Your items will then be delivered on a pallet directly to the address you specified.

At Wandel every product is handmade to order according to your needs. Standard production and delivery time is about 3 weeks after we receive your order. You can see the expected delivery date in your order confirmation.

Due to high demand, slightly longer lead times may occasionally occur.

For urgent projects or openings with a fixed date, we created Wandel Speedline: for many products we guarantee delivery in only 7 working days. With extra shifts and weekend work we make sure your items arrive on time and ready to use.

Our headquarters at In der Braike 22, 72127 Kusterdingen, houses our production and administration. Because all our products are handmade to order, we have little to no stock available. We therefore recommend ordering via our online shop.

If you need a product at short notice, please contact us by phone or email so we can find a suitable solution with you.

The wooden elements (for example for seats, benches or tables) are already fixed to the mounting brackets. You only need to assemble them to the concrete elements (for example concrete feet) using the fastening hardware supplied.

A concrete foot weighs about 50 kg. A planter weighs about 80 kg.

When ordering in our online shop you can conveniently pay by invoice after receiving the goods. You can also choose advance payment, card or Google Pay.

For collection on site, cash payment is possible. Please bring the exact amount if you can. For security reasons we do not accept €200 and €500 notes.

Osmo’s clear UV protective varnish is ideal for maintaining our timber. You can find it, among other places, in your DIY store.

Depending on sun exposure and location, we recommend lightly sanding the wood and then applying this varnish 1–2 times a year to preserve durability and appearance.

If you ordered products for collection and have received our completion email, please be sure to book a collection appointment via that same email.

For collection we recommend, where possible, using a trailer, straps and possibly protective film so you can transport your products safely.

If you want to transport products in your car, make sure the stated dimensions fit your vehicle and that the weight can be carried by it.

With Wandel Speedline you get express production of made-to-order outdoor and street furniture. For a small surcharge we work overtime to guarantee production and readiness for delivery of your products in only 7 working days. The option is available directly in the cart if all selected products qualify for express production.

Please note: even if Wandel Speedline is activated, we reserve the right to decline the express service in case of high demand or large orders. In that case we inform you immediately and no surcharge is applied.

For almost all our products you can choose between regional larch and FSC hardwood Kambala. Both species are very durable, stable, weather-resistant and therefore ideal for outdoor use.

Our larch is sourced regionally from the Black Forest and therefore also has a very good climate and environmental balance.

Hardwood has a somewhat denser structure, making it a little more durable and visually very refined – in return it is a tropical wood and must be imported.

In the end it is a personal decision – and also a question of budget – which wood you prefer.
