The Motus Stepped Horizontal Bars are a modular piece of sports and play equipment for public spaces, with bars arranged at stepped heights. The solid steel structure – hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated – and the coated stainless steel bars ensure long service life and excellent weather resistance. Motus can be arranged flexibly, complies with EN 1176 and is ideal for parks, schoolyards and public exercise areas.
The Motus stepped horizontal bars are versatile training equipment for public sports and exercise areas. Designed for high-traffic locations, they meet demanding requirements for stability, safety and durability. Thanks to the stepped arrangement of the bars, Motus supports training across all ages and fitness levels and is suitable for beginners and experienced users alike.
The uprights are made of solid steel, hot-dip galvanised for lasting corrosion protection and additionally powder-coated. The bars are made of coated stainless steel, which makes them particularly resistant to weathering, wear and vandalism. All edges are rounded for safe use.
All components are designed for permanent outdoor use and meet the requirements of the European standard EN 1176 (playground equipment standard).
The uprights are fitted with base brackets that sit approx. 15 cm below ground level and are intended for mounting on foundations. The Motus stepped horizontal bars are available either for anchor-bolting or for setting in concrete. Permanent ground fixing is essential for stability and ensures safe operation even under intensive use. The maximum free fall height is 140 cm.
Motus is part of a modular equipment range and can be flexibly adapted to different sites and design concepts. The stepped bars can be arranged in a straight line, at a corner or in a polygonal layout. This makes the system ideal for custom-designed exercise trails, calisthenics parks or multi-purpose sports areas.
The uprights can be powder-coated in standard colours or in any RAL colour of your choice, so the Motus stepped horizontal bars blend seamlessly into existing design concepts. They are delivered as a kit for installation on site.
